- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to structure the credit roadmap
- Develop capabilities and identify gaps with Credit’s PRISM teams
- Act as a liaison between product, credit strategy, and infrastructure teams
- Engage in program increment planning within the SAFe framework
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in consumer risk management or credit management, or 8+ years in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in an Agile environment
- At least 5 years of experience in credit products, including Acquisitions and Account Management
- Minimum of 3 years of cross-functional team leadership experience
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the banking or credit card industry
- Strong program management and business analyst skills
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively in a cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with Agile software development framework and experience as a Product Owner
