We are seeking a motivated and relationship‑driven Commercial Portfolio Manager / Business Development Officer to join our Commercial Lending team. This role is designed for a banking professional with experience in business lending, commercial credit, or portfolio management who is ready to take ownership of a client portfolio while actively developing new business opportunities.

• Manage and grow commercial client portfolio
• Monitor credit quality and analyze financial statements
• Identify cross-sell opportunities
• Attend networking and community events
• Assist with credit memos and loan structuring
• Partner with Treasury Management during onboarding

Required:

• 2–5 years of business lending or commercial credit experience
• Strong communication and financial analysis skills
• Understanding of commercial loan products and banking regulations

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Treasury Management product knowledge
• In-office role with local travel
• Professional office environment
• Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, telephones and printers
• Office-based position with occasional remote work flexibility
