BXP Product Manager Intern

As a Product Design Intern at Docusign, you will contribute to the vision, strategy, and execution of key initiatives within the ISV-Led-Growth team, focused on ISV Partner Experience. You will collaborate closely with experienced Product Design, Product Managers, Partnerships teams and Engineering team members, as well as other stakeholder groups like design, marketing, and customer success teams, to build scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers, developers, partners, and enterprise users.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Principal Product Manager.

• Partner with Partnerships team to understand the ISV persona
• Perform ISV interviews to understand their pain points
• Collaborate cross functionally to deliver the innovative ISV partner engagement strategy
• Partner with stakeholders in Product, Partner Programs, Customer Success and other areas to map the ISV partner journey with Docusign today
• Collaborate with Design and Learning team to prepare presentations for the stakeholders

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Expected graduation in December 2026 or May/June 2027
• Experience with modern collaboration and project management tools such as Slack, Google Docs, Lucidchart

• Passionate about software and impacting the users at scale with software
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics with minor in Arts, Psychology
• Understanding of Service-Oriented-Architecture, APIs and Web architecture
• Understanding of AI tools
• Experience building out apps and integrations

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $48/hour - $59/hour

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $48/hour - $53/hour
