• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in support of enterprise initiatives
• Support strategic business management operations through process review, analysis, and improvement activities
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, including workflows, procedures, SOPs, templates, and training materials
• Provide business process analysis and identify efficiencies to improve mission outcomes and operational effectiveness
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders to identify risks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities

• Bachelor's degree (or higher-level degree)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of professional writing experience, including process documentation
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on DoD programs
• Minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrated knowledge of utilizing Service Now

• 5 years of experience in supporting DoD Software Development Projects and Programs
• 5 years of demonstrated experience managing Six Sigma projects following the DMAIC cycle
• Experience developing processes, tools, templates, and maintaining metrics
