A leading risk management firm is looking for a Remote Client Service Manager to join their small business division. In this role, you'll lead client support efforts and develop professional relationships, driving the renewal process and securing existing business. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of client service experience or a High School diploma with 3+ years of relevant work.
