• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Group Benefits underwriting experience
• Proven ability to develop and maintain solid relationships with business partners
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking skills to propose solutions based on business challenges

• High energy self-starter with a resilient and entrepreneurial spirit
• Demonstrated time, organizational, and desk management skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of delivering outcomes
