Business Process Specialist - Annuity and Settlement New Business, Remote

• Act as the primary contact for various departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Lead medium to large projects to define requirements, articulate business value, and recommend solutions
• Analyze risks and impacts of proposed solutions and communicate findings to leadership
• Develop and maintain end-to-end process knowledge and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Mentor Associate Business Process Experts and manage processes or programs effectively

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a service processing and/or operations environment
• Proven critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to work independently
• Experience in process improvement and the ability to manage multiple complex priorities
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to build relationships across different audiences

• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation communication skills for various organizational levels
• Comprehensive knowledge of service processing and operations, including relevant laws and regulations
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement and change management methodologies, such as DMAIC and ADKAR
• Experience with multiple project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall
