About the role

As we move through a significant ERP transformation, we are looking for a Change Analyst to help turn strategy into structured, measurable, colleague‑centred action. Sitting within HR and reporting to the HR Change Manager, this role will play a key part in planning and organising meaningful change activity, tracking the measures that matter and identifying where further action is needed to drive adoption.

This is about making change land well, not just go live, and ensuring our teams feel supported, informed and genuinely ready to transition into new systems, processes and ways of working.

This is a 2‑year fixed‑term contract position. While this is a full‑time role, we are open to considering part‑time applications.
