Online Reporting & Growth Long-Term Trainee

Sisal Sans, established in partnership with Sisal S.p.A and Demirören Holding, is an organization that provides services in both the retail and digital sectors, authorized to carry out the games of chance in Turkey for 10 years in 2020.

Are you a university student who enjoys working with data, systems, and tools, and eager to jumpstart your career in a fast-paced environment?

You will be right in the center of CRM, Growth, and Digital Marketing operations, supporting reporting processes, data management, and system operations.

• Perform daily manual data entry from the system
• Prepare weekly operational reports
• Provide support for AMS and Oracle BI systems
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests
• Work with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) to set up and analyze tables

• Associate degree or university student (preferably in Business Administration, MIS, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering)
• Compulsory or voluntary internship eligibility
• Availability at least 3 day per week
• Third or fourth grade student
• Career interest in Reporting, Operations, Data & System Management, Growth, CRM, and Digital Marketing
• Strong command of MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Preferably good level of English
• Enjoys working with numbers, systems, and tools
• Strong communication skills and teamwork-oriented mindset
• Open to learning, proactive, and result-oriented attitude
