Business Development Manager (Hybrid) We are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and deliver a dynamic growth strategy across the Republic of Ireland market. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to play a key role within a forward-thinking FMCG organisation, shaping strategic partnerships and driving profitable sales growth.
The Role Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will:
Lead the business development strategy for the ROI market, contributing to short, medium and long-term commercial objectives Manage and grow key ROI accounts at head office level, building strong, long-term customer relationships Identify and convert new commercial opportunities into strategic partnerships Develop sales forecasts, manage KPIs and deliver against ambitious sales targets Lead pricing negotiations, promotional planning, category reviews and annual account plans Monitor market and consumer trends to ensure competitive product offerings and support NPD initiatives Represent the business at trade shows and customer events to generate new leads and strengthen brand presence
The Person You will bring:
Proven account management and/or business development experience within the FMCG sector in ROI Experience selling to ROI multiples and discounters Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of margins and cost of sales A track record of delivering sales growth in a competitive environment Excellent negotiation, influencing and presentation skills Strong analytical and organisational ability, with the confidence to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Flexibility to travel extensively within ROI and a full, clean driving licence Why Apply?
