Accountabilities- Work with the Product Manager to brainstorm and validate solutions for complex user challenges.
- Partner with Engineers to understand technical constraints and ensure effective design handoffs.
- Map complex user workflows to create scalable solutions within the CRM product.
- Participate in Weekly Sprint Planning and Daily Standups with your squad.
- Collaborate with other Designers for feedback and to maintain a cohesive user experience.
- Interview enterprise users to validate designs and understand their goals.
- Contribute to and utilize the design system for consistency.
- Integrate quantitative and qualitative data into product decision‑making.
- Identify high‑impact areas for development and iterate on solutions.
- 8+ years of experience designing enterprise‑level SaaS products.
- Expert systems thinker capable of deconstructing complex problems.
- Strong design instincts and best‑practice knowledge for user‑centric solutions.
- Self‑starter thriving in fast‑paced environments with multiple projects.
- Experience with Figma for creating and maintaining design components.
- Dedicated to continuous learning and improving customer experiences.
- Skilled in conducting user interviews and iterating based on feedback.
