Senior Product Designer - REMOTE

• Work with the Product Manager to brainstorm and validate solutions for complex user challenges.
• Partner with Engineers to understand technical constraints and ensure effective design handoffs.
• Map complex user workflows to create scalable solutions within the CRM product.
• Participate in Weekly Sprint Planning and Daily Standups with your squad.
• Collaborate with other Designers for feedback and to maintain a cohesive user experience.
• Interview enterprise users to validate designs and understand their goals.
• Contribute to and utilize the design system for consistency.
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative data into product decision‑making.
• Identify high‑impact areas for development and iterate on solutions.

• 8+ years of experience designing enterprise‑level SaaS products.
• Expert systems thinker capable of deconstructing complex problems.
• Strong design instincts and best‑practice knowledge for user‑centric solutions.
• Self‑starter thriving in fast‑paced environments with multiple projects.
• Experience with Figma for creating and maintaining design components.
