Account Coordinator
Location: Hybrid — 2 Days In-Office (Toronto)
Role OverviewReporting to the Account Manager, the Account Coordinator plays a critical role in the successful delivery of integrated marketing and experiential programs. Acting as the operational engine behind program execution, this role coordinates cross-functional teams, supports field operations, and ensures every initiative is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As the team's “project quarterback,” you will drive day-to-day program coordination, maintain executional discipline, and proactively identify risks while supporting continuous improvement across all program elements.

What You'll Contribute Program Execution & CoordinationExecute client programs from planning through completion with precision and excellence
Maintain detailed program workbooks, execution plans, critical paths, and priority trackers
Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
Proactively identify risks and recommend solutions to maintain program momentum
Lead and support field teams remotely and on-site to ensure seamless program delivery
Provide ongoing guidance and operational support to frontline teams
Coordinate logistics to ensure teams are set up for success in market
Serve as a key point of contact for account coordination matters
Build strong, trusted working relationships with internal teams and clients
Support the Account Manager in maintaining high client satisfaction
Partner with Recruitment to ensure staffing needs are fulfilled on time and at quality
Support onboarding processes and administrative requirements
Coordinate and deliver field staff training (virtual and in-person)
Maintain training materials and program resources
Track key account metrics and support performance reporting
Prepare weekly status updates and program summaries
Support issue resolution, escalations, and time-sensitive field matters
Identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities
Attend and support live events and activations as required
Act as a liaison between field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
Post-secondary education completed (Marketing, Business, Events or related field preferred)
Experience supporting marketing programs, field operations, or experiential initiatives
Experience in production or asset management considered an asset
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Strong planning and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong problem-solving ability and sound judgment
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Professional, reliable, and accountable work style
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Ability to support physical event setup as required
Timely and accurate program execution
Quality and completeness of deliverables
Field team readiness and support effectiveness
Client and internal stakeholder satisfaction
Contribution to overall program performance
This role offers an annual base salary starting at $48,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and scope of responsibility, as well as internal equity and business needs. Please note this represents base salary only and does not include other components of Brand Momentum's total rewards package.
