Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you’ll be the first voice clients hear and the trusted resource they rely on. You’ll provide administrative support to financial advisors and their teams, ensuring a positive client experience and facilitating smooth operations.

- Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Assist in annual business planning and strategy development.
- Listen for client needs and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Drive marketing activities such as event planning and execution.
- Provide account management support: opening, transfers, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Handle scheduling, materials preparation, correspondence, and marketing support.
- Maintain SOPs and execute branch business plans.
- Strong computer literacy; willing to learn new technologies such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm‑provided software.

Hiring Minimum: $26.10
Hiring Maximum: $31.58
