Remote E-Commerce Evaluators - AI Trainer

Mercor is seeking expert evaluators to support a high-impact evaluation workflow in partnership with a leading AI research lab. This project focuses on the E‑Commerce domain, where you will assess agent‑generated research reports related to product catalogues, pricing comparisons, inventory management, customer behaviour data, and sales analytics.

This role is ideal for professionals who have:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in E-Commerce, Online Retail, Sales Operations, Marketing Analytics, or Operations Management
• Experience working with product catalogues, pricing strategies, or competitive pricing analysis
• Hands‑on exposure to inventory management systems and supply chain coordination
• Experience in analysing customer behaviour data, conversion metrics, and sales performance
• Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics and performance optimisation
• Experience sourcing and validating tables, statistics, and industry benchmarks from credible public sources
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfort working independently and asynchronously

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, E‑Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Evaluate agent-generated research reports for accuracy, relevance, data integrity, and clarity
• Assess insights related to product assortment, pricing comparisons, and promotional strategies
• Verify inventory metrics, sales analytics, and customer behaviour data using publicly available sources
• Identify inconsistencies in operational reporting, marketplace performance analysis, and sales forecasting
• Work independently to complete evaluations within deadlines

• Part‑time (20–40 hours / week) with flexible scheduling
• Competitive rates: $40–$60 / hour depending on expertise
