• Strategize, build, and implement product plans for California’s property insurance market
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure wildfire mitigation programs are operationally scalable
• Actively influence state policy and regulatory discussions related to wildfire mitigation
• Represent the employer in public forums and industry associations to promote property insurance solutions
• Oversee product performance and ensure alignment with business goals

• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related analytical roles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to create effective presentations
• In-depth product management expertise and thorough knowledge of the P&C insurance industry
