- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve inquiries and issues while building strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal teams - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry, handle account openings, transfers, and other requests at the advisor’s direction, process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records - Administrative & Operational Support:
