BOAs team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve long‑term financial goals. The primary role is to provide administrative support to an advisor or a team of advisors. Role Requirements
  • Client Service:
    Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve inquiries and issues while building strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal teams
  • Account Management:
    Learn and understand the financial services industry, handle account openings, transfers, and other requests at the advisor’s direction, process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records
