Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Support & Development- Comprehensive 6‑month training and peer mentorship
- A wide support network from branch to home office
- Work independently while backed by a thousands‑strong team
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Participate in the annual business planning process to help develop strategies for the upcoming year
- Listen for client situations indicating need for additional services
- Drive marketing activities, including planning and executing events
- Provide client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions
- Maintain strong client relationships and support referral network
- Perform account management tasks: opening, transfers, documentation, record updates
- Assist with administrative tasks: scheduling, material prep, correspondence, marketing initiatives, SOP updates, branch business plan execution
- Utilize technology:
Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm software
- Analytical thinking

- Experience or willingness to learn about financial services industry
Hiring minimum: $21.38
Hiring maximum: $23.14
Potential for merit‑based salary increases and discretionary/variable compensation based on branch and firm profitability.
