In this role, you will :

• Analyze customer behavior, marketing performance, and program effectiveness.
• Design and implement dashboards and reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify insights that improve the customer journey.
• Track KPIs related to marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales performance.
• Conduct cohort analysis and segmentation to optimize targeting and messaging.
• Provide actionable recommendations for improving client acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Attend weekly training and development sessions to enhance industry knowledge.

We value diverse backgrounds and experiences. You’ll excel here if you have : ✅ 3–5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or related fields. ✅ Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Data Studio, or similar tools. ✅ Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Meta Ads reporting). ✅ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

✅ Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical teams. ✅ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. ✅ Passion for personal development, leadership, and helping others grow.
