What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive growth by identifying and developing new client relationships within the Financial Institutions vertical
  • Develop a deep understanding of loyalty consulting services and industry trends to tailor offerings to client needs
  • Own the sales process for loyalty consulting services, collaborating with partners across Sales and Consulting Delivery
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with senior clients, providing trusted advice throughout the sales process and project delivery
  • Manage sales pipelines and ensure accountability for running processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience in loyalty, CRM, digital marketing, and/or personalization at an established brand or top consulting firm
  • Proven experience selling within the Financial Institutions vertical, preferably in a consulting or professional services role
  • Strong executive presence with a history of working with regional and multinational company executives
  • Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and secure internal buy-ins
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in dynamic situations
