- Develop a deep understanding of loyalty consulting services and industry trends to tailor offerings to client needs
- Own the sales process for loyalty consulting services, collaborating with partners across Sales and Consulting Delivery
- Cultivate lasting relationships with senior clients, providing trusted advice throughout the sales process and project delivery
- Manage sales pipelines and ensure accountability for running processes
- Experience in loyalty, CRM, digital marketing, and/or personalization at an established brand or top consulting firm
- Proven experience selling within the Financial Institutions vertical, preferably in a consulting or professional services role
- Strong executive presence with a history of working with regional and multinational company executives
- Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and secure internal buy-ins
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in dynamic situations
- History of navigating ambiguity in unstructured, high-growth environments
- High level of entrepreneurship, creativity, ownership, and business acumen
- Understanding of the interaction between business and technology
