- Drive the adoption of the vacation rental platform among clients and guide them through personalized onboarding
- Develop strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Handle client escalations effectively by coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions
- Conduct ongoing client engagement to address challenges and provide appropriate support
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to help customers maximize their business growth
- 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager with mid-market customers in the SaaS industry
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts (100-200 mid-market accounts)
- Demonstrated track record of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage client expectations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
- Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is a plus
