VP, Credit Program Manager

• Drive credit build initiatives for the Growth organization
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to structure the credit roadmap
• Develop capabilities and identify gaps with Credit’s PRISM teams
• Act as a liaison between product, credit strategy, and infrastructure teams
• Engage in program increment planning within the SAFe framework

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in consumer risk management or credit management, or 8+ years in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in an Agile environment
• At least 5 years of experience in credit products, including Acquisitions and Account Management
• Minimum of 3 years of cross-functional team leadership experience
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the banking or credit card industry
• Strong program management and business analyst skills
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively in a cross-functional environment
• Familiarity with Agile software development framework and experience as a Product Owner
