Flat River Minerals ("FRM") is a dynamic and growth-focused firm managing a diverse portfolio of mineral, royalty, and non-op assets. FRM is seeking outgoing, motivated, and competitive individuals for a summer internship, designed for junior and senior students in relevant programs. This internship provides a hands‑on introduction to mineral and royalty acquisitions, negotiation strategies, and industry fundamentals.

• Research county records to confirm mineral/royalty ownership.
• Research and verify mineral owner contact information via third‑party platforms.
• Utilize proprietary software to manage leads, track performance, and coordinate with the in‑house team.
• Conduct high‑volume outreach via calls, emails, and mail to mineral interest owners.
• Negotiate mineral and royalty transactions under the guidance of experienced specialists.

• $20/hour plus acquisition-based bonuses

• Junior or senior standing in a relevant field (Energy Land Management, Sales, Business, Finance, or related discipline)
