Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.

Euromed Clusters Forward is a 4-year project that aims at establishing and improving clusters legal policies, strengthening clusters capacity & regional cooperation, and strengthening regional value chains. Berytech is the implementing partner of Euromed Clusters Forward in Lebanon, that is funded by the European Union and coordinated by Anima Investment Network with 3 implementing partners and 9 affiliates from the Euromed region.

Cluster Booster is a technical assistance activity under the Euromed Clusters Forward led by Berytech. It aims at strengthening the skills of cluster managers, staff, and SME members in the South Mediterranean region. This 18-month program offers training and technical help to help clusters grow and succeed.

Key focuses include establishing and improving governance and sustainability models; developing strategies to attract new members; analyzing value chains for better market positioning; scaling up their business performances and enhancing technological and innovation capabilities to foster North-South Mediterranean collaboration.

An Egyptian export council under the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade, operating since 1997 with 150 active members. Its mission is to improve the competitiveness of Egyptian engineering products by providing export-related services such as producing market intelligence studies, organizing capacity building workshops, participating in international exhibitions, setting up trade missions to priority export markets and buyers’ missions to Egypt, and implementing economic development projects in collaboration with local stakeholders as well as international partners.

The cluster is organizing two editions of Egypt Power show (EPS) in Egypt & Auto Machinery Show — one taking place from May 4 until May 6, 2026, and a second from July 12 until July 14, 2026.

Both events aim to gather buyers, deal makers, and market builders along with cluster members to initiate collaborations, generate business linkages, and open export opportunities. The specialized company/expert will assist the cluster in mapping, reaching out, inviting, and securing the attendance of international buyers, importers, and resellers for the trade show in the aim of generating export leads.

• Launch of the consultancy:
  • Organize a kick-off meeting with the cluster representatives to establish an understanding of the scope of the inbound mission, identify the targeted export market(s), desired outcomes, and the number of buyers to be secured
  • Align on selection criteria for inviting buyers.
• Develop the high level strategy:
  • Devise a high-level strategy detailing the process that will be followed to identify, classify, rate, invite and confirm the attendance of relevant buyers operating in the Electric Equipment, Auto Parts & Machinery in the targeted markets.
• Market mapping & identifying buyers:
  • Map the potential buyers, importers, and resellers in the targeted export market(s).
  • Develop a database of relevant international buyers.
  • Prioritize the listed international buyers, importers, and resellers based on specific criteria such as their size, purchase power, specific requirements, etc.
• Reaching out and invitation process:
  • Reach out to the prioritized international buyers, importers, and resellers to invite them to the EPS & Auto Machinery.
  • Communicate the benefits of attending, including networking opportunities, exclusive B2B meetings, and product showcases.
