• Partner with project and program managers to implement core project management practices
• Review and challenge delivery artifacts to ensure clarity and alignment to standards
• Develop and maintain standardized dashboards for transparent delivery health
• Support teams with risk identification and mitigation planning
• Facilitate cross‑workstream risk resolution sessions and track mitigation effectiveness

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management
  
  Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry
• Relevant certifications (PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM, SAFE RTE)
• Data analysis skills with tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with portfolio management tools like Jira Align and Clarity
• Experience in building AI agents
