Portfolio Program Manager; Remote

• Partner with project and program managers to apply core project management practices
• Review and challenge delivery artifacts for clarity and alignment to standards
• Develop and maintain standardized dashboards for transparent delivery health
• Aggregate and analyze risks/issues across initiatives to identify systemic patterns
• Support quarterly portfolio reviews and executive reporting

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry
• Related certifications (PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM, SAFE RTE)
• Proficiency with portfolio management tools like Jira Align and Smartsheet
• Data analysis skills with tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with building AI agents
