As an Agile Coach at Kingfisher, you will support squads to build strong Agile ways of working that improve delivery and outcomes. By coaching teams to use Agile tools, data and ceremonies effectively, you will help create better experiences that contribute to Better Homes, Better Lives, For everyone.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Coach and teach the squad to successfully run all agreed Agile ceremonies, including (but not limited to) daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, amigos, quarterly planning, sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Support squads to work within Kingfisher Agile principles, processes, tooling and frameworks.
- Provide data and insights to help squads improve performance and ways of working.
- Carry out Agile maturity assessments and identify improvement actions.
- Share insights with domain leadership to support business partnering.
- Support the introduction of new ways of working and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the Agile Community of Practice and share industry best practice.
- Significant experience coaching Scrum and Agile practices.
- Agile coach experience in a complex and large Agile organisation.
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- A recognised Agile practice qualification is beneficial.
