Are you a commercially minded Buyer or Procurement Specialist looking for the next step in your career? Do you have experience overseeing the procurement of products and goods from multiple suppliers across a variety of geographic locations?

Working within a rapidly growing family business, as a Senior Buyer/ Procurement Expert you will be working closely with the Managing Director to increase efficiency and optimise the procurement & supply chain processes across the business.

This is not your average Buying role. To succeed in this position, you will need to move beyond price negotiation and ordering, bringing genuine market insights and customer awareness into procurement decisions - paying close attention to market research and consumer feedback.

• Source and procure a variety of electronic products
• Manage supplier relationships across international markets
• Oversee efficient stock control of machines, parts and consumable products
• Bring retail awareness into product selection by analysing customer trends and product performance
• Coordinate planned container shipments and seasonal buying cycles

• A minimum of 3 years demonstrated buying experience
• Strong commercial and retail awareness
• Experience making product decisions based on customer trends
• Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
• International buying experience is desirable

• £42,000 - £48,000 basic salary + Annual Bonus
• You will play a key strategic role within a scaling business working directly with business directors to help shape the future success of the company
• The option to work from home 1 day a week (after successful probationary period)
