• Oversee daily operations of the P-Card program, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Perform audits of P-Card transactions to ensure alignment with program standards
• Analyze data related to P-Card usage and create detailed reports
• Update and administer training programs for P-Card holders, maintaining comprehensive records
• Communicate and track action items for any discrepancies or issues in reconciliations

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience, including administrative work, procurement, or auditing
• Some college education is preferred
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Adobe
• Experience with federal procurement regulations is preferred

• Experience utilizing Microsoft Teams or similar applications
• Background in developing and conducting training programs
• Knowledge of compliance within a P-card program subject to corporate and federal regulations
