Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. - Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
- Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listening for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events.

- The hiring minimum and maximum range is a subset of the total pay range, with opportunities for merit‑based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role.
Hiring Minimum: $22.50

Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve inquiries and ensure an exceptional experience; develop strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support team members. - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently under the advisor’s direction; schedule appointments; prepare materials for client meetings; manage correspondence; support marketing initiatives; streamline processes with updated SOPs and execute the branch business plan. - Technology:
Strong computer literacy; willingness to learn new technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
