What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach and leveraging digital tools, turning interest into opportunity
  • Engage high-potential prospects via outbound channels including cold calls, tailored emails, Linked In, and industry events
  • Execute lead generation workflows with consistent, timely follow-up and nurturing activities
  • Partner with regional Business Development Managers to implement tactical plans to accelerate pipeline results
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and outcomes in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 3+ years of SDR or BDR experience in a B2B environment; logistics or supply chain experience is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and business-level conversation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and GTM platforms (e.g., Cognism, Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling or prospecting in warehouse, distribution, or e-commerce operations
  • Understanding of 3PL services, fulfillment models, and logistics terminology
