- Execute lead generation workflows with consistent, timely follow-up and nurturing activities
- Partner with regional Business Development Managers to implement tactical plans to accelerate pipeline results
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and outcomes in Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 3+ years of SDR or BDR experience in a B2B environment; logistics or supply chain experience is a strong plus
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and business-level conversation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and GTM platforms (e.g., Cognism, Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator)
- Experience selling or prospecting in warehouse, distribution, or e-commerce operations
- Understanding of 3PL services, fulfillment models, and logistics terminology
