• Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory
• Protect revenue and ensure customer success by acting as an advocate for accounts and proactively resolving issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer’s CIS/ERP solutions to provide issue resolution and articulate value to clients
• Execute quarterly business reviews and maintain ongoing engagement with customers post-sale
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and foster a supportive work environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
• Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
