Position Overview

Sigma7 is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Ops Analyst to support the Legal function across three primary areas:
Privacy Program operations, Entity Management, and Contract Administration. This role is designed for an analytical professional capable of executing structured legal processes, maintaining organized documentation systems, and supporting compliance-driven initiatives.### Primary Duties
1. Privacy Program Support
* Assist in documenting business processes across practice areas.
* Support data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) for high-risk processes.
* Incorporate required data protection language into client, vendor, and subcontractor agreements.
* Maintain organized privacy documentation and risk assessment records.
* Support ongoing privacy compliance initiatives and remediation efforts.
2. Entity Management
* Maintain corporate entity records for Sigma7 and portfolio companies.
* Organize formation documents, governing documents, and board/manager consents.
* Track annual filings, registered agent requirements, and compliance deadlines.
* Assist with preparation of resolutions and basic governance documentation.
* Coordinate with external registered agents and service providers as needed.
3. Contract Administration
* Assist with managing contracts from intake through execution and filing.
* Review NDA and other assigned agreements using structured clause checklists and escalate non-standard provisions.
* Coordinate internal approval routing and signature execution.
* Maintain organized contract repository with standardized naming conventions.### Ideal Candidate Profile
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Ability to follow structured compliance-driven processes.
* Comfort reviewing formal written materials and identifying inconsistencies.
* Professional communication skills.
* Ability to learn legal systems and documentation platforms quickly.
* Prior direct legal operations experience is helpful but not required.
