(CEI) competitively delivers reliable natural gas supplies to small and large business customers, utilities, power generators, and large industrial, institutional, and commercial customers in the Eastern United States. The Natural Gas Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling natural gas on various interstate pipelines. Midwest region scheduling experience a must. Gulf and East Coast scheduling experience a plus. They will advise and assist the trading team regarding the optimal use of transportation and storage assets. Scheduler will analyze flow data received from utilities/partners and reconcile issues & imbalances related to that data.

They will also monitor pipeline Electronic Bulletin Boards for information important to our operations, and communicate with internal and external personnel on key points. Position is 100% remote.

• Performs as a liaison between outside parties and internal personnel on gas flow and potential issues
• Schedule natural gas on interstate pipeline systems.
• Prioritizes and manages multiple assignments with competing deadlines
• Makes decisions and transacts in a very time sensitive and deadline driven environment
• Monitor and follow up on pipeline Electronic Bulletin Boards for communication purposes

• 2+ years of experience scheduling natural gas on interstate pipeline systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills, math skills, and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to provide 24/7 support as part of rotating on call schedule to support internal and external partners

Education/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
