What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead and enhance the employer’s privacy and AI compliance programs to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
• Own and manage core compliance processes such as DPIAs, regulatory audits, and AI governance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement legal requirements through clear processes and project management
• Track compliance commitments and elevate risks to ensure timely resolution
• Develop training and documentation to raise awareness of privacy and AI compliance obligations across the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in privacy compliance, data governance, risk management, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and global privacy laws and emerging AI regulatory frameworks
• Experience leading complex, cross‑functional compliance initiatives from planning through execution
• Hands‑on experience with DPIAs, privacy tooling, and consent management platforms
• Solid understanding of compliance program management and risk assessment methodologies
