Work Schedule: This is a full time, fully remote position with nationwide travel up to 75%, including conferences, partner site visits, and multi state implementation work. Occasional international travel may be required. Applicants hired into this role can work from most U.S. states, and specific location eligibility will be discussed during the interview process.

UW Health is launching a $10 million national initiative to build Work Forward—the nation’s first employer-led healthcare workforce intermediary dedicated to strengthening America’s healthcare talent pipelines.

We are seeking a Manager, Work Forward:

• Translate UW Health’s proven earn-and-learn pathways into scalable, multi-state solutions.
• Secure major philanthropic grants and government funding to support replication and field-building.
• Present compelling short pitches, briefings, and conference presentations to diverse stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, staffing, resource planning, and operational execution for a start-up environment.

• Master's Degree in a related field such as workforce, education or business development Required
