A leading cryptocurrency platform is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical authority on Solana staking and will lead strategic initiatives across validator performance and product integration. Responsibilities include defining staking strategies, optimizing performance, and mentoring a team. This role requires deep Solana protocol knowledge and a passion for the ecosystem. Remote work is available with required in-person participation throughout the year.

Salary range is $253,895—$298,700 annually.
