• Develop project charters in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while managing tasks, schedules, resources, and budgets
• Coordinate meetings to support project progress and facilitate communication across departments
• Identify project risks and issues, proactively developing mitigation strategies
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive consensus
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Wrike) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• Experience in B2B insurance
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and change management
• Certification in project management methodologies
• Strong time management and prioritization skills in fast‑paced environments
