• Apply a relationship‑centered, needs‑based communication approach
• Clearly explain program pathways, expectations, and learning outcomes
• Track notes, updates, and follow‑ups using CRM and digital tools
• Manage your own schedule, performance metrics, and workflow independently

• Career Coach, HR Specialist, Career Advisor, Client Success, Admissions Advisor
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable working independently and remotely

• Prior consulting, coaching, or advisory background is an asset
