QiO is looking for a high-performance Enterprise Sales Manager to win new enterprise customers across the UK and Europe.
This is a pure new business hunter role with a £1m annual new ARR target and £200k uncapped OTE.
You will be expected to actively build, qualify and convert your own pipeline of enterprise opportunities. If you are motivated by winning new logos, building lighthouse accounts and being rewarded for performance, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Delivering £1m in new ARR annually
- Winning 3–5 new enterprise customers per year
- Building, qualifying and converting a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Leading rigorous discovery and ROI-led value conversations
- Structuring £30k–£50k pilot engagements that unlock larger opportunity
- Securing multi-year agreements
- Maintaining disciplined forecasting and pipeline coverage
This is not an account management role. Once enterprise deployment is secured, accounts transition to Customer Success so you can focus on landing the next new logo.
What We’re Looking For- 5–10 years enterprise B2B software sales experience
- Experience selling AI, analytics, optimisation or digital transformation solutions
- Exposure to industrial or process manufacturing environments
- Proven track record of landing new logo enterprise deals
- Experience building ROI-led commercial business cases
- Commercially driven, resilient and motivated by performance

This is a very important role for QiO and as you would expect, we will carry out a robust process to ensure we identify and land the right candidate. We expect a high demand and this process may take 4-weeks from Step 1 to Step 5.

- Step 4 - Interview with member(s) of the QiO Board
- Step 5 - Face-to-face meeting with CEO
- Step 5 - Offer

You will work directly with the CEO and play a visible role in shaping the next phase of growth.
