Position: Head of Product (Muslima)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Product (Muslima) in Singapore.

In this role, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a fast-growing social discovery platform, shaping a product experience that is safe, engaging, and revenue-generating. You will define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and drive cross‑functional initiatives that directly impact user engagement, growth, and monetization. The role involves analyzing user behaviour, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product decisions and optimise the overall experience.

You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement. Operating in a globally distributed, remote‑first environment, you will influence key business outcomes while fostering a user‑centric, data‑driven culture. This position is ideal for a strategic and hands‑on product leader with a passion for innovation and user satisfaction.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities.
  • Conduct user and market research, leveraging surveys, feedback, and trend analysis to identify new features and improvements.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and prioritise backlog items to deliver high‑impact updates.
  • Collaborate across design, engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
  • Optimise user experience by refining flows, conducting A/B tests, and implementing UX/UI improvements.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as user engagement, retention, and subscription growth to drive data‑informed decisions.
  • Develop and enhance monetisation strategies, including subscription models and pricing optimisation, while ensuring user value.
  • Focus on building trust and safety features, such as verification systems and reporting tools, to create a secure platform.
  • Incorporate user feedback into product iterations and improvements, maintaining a continuous feedback loop with support teams.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English;
    Russian fluency is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in product management, including defining and managing product roadmaps, user journeys, and feature prioritisation.
  • Strong skills in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Superset, Tableau, Excel, or Google Sheets to track KPIs and measure product performance.
  • Experience with agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git Hub.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience conducting user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing).
  • Understanding of marketing metrics and their interdependencies with product initiatives.
  • Expertise in subscription systems, pricing models, and monetisation strategies to maximise revenue while delivering value to users.
  • Ability to manage the entire product lifecycle, drive continuous improvement, and make data‑driven strategic decisions.
