• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Group Benefits underwriting experience
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills

• High energy self‑starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Demonstrated solid time, organizational, and desk management skills
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of delivering outcomes
