Field Productivity Project Manager

• Lead and support productivity improvement projects with field branches focused on installation and service operations
• Partner with field leaders to identify pain points, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Drive project momentum by tracking milestones and holding contributors accountable for deliverables
• Collaborate with IT and other functional teams to enhance process flow and reduce friction
• Document projects, risks, and outcomes while tracking financial benefits and productivity gains

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in field operations, service, or installation roles
• Strong knowledge of field operations and day-to-day branch challenges
• Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives or operational change efforts
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a strong project coordination ability

• Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
• Familiarity with financial benefit tracking tools
• Experience supporting system enhancements or user acceptance testing
• Prior involvement in pilot programs or phased project rollouts
