What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Lead Generation team, guiding outreach strategies and campaign execution
  • Participate in lead generation activities, including outbound prospecting and omnichannel campaign execution
  • Monitor and report on team performance, providing actionable feedback to enhance results
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Business Development teams to align lead generation efforts with organizational goals
  • Utilize analytics and Salesforce dashboards to track campaign performance and recommend strategy adjustments
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation in a B2B environment
  • Proven leadership experience with measurable results in lead generation campaigns
  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Engagement Module and other CRM tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with progressively increasing responsibilities
  • Willingness to work across multiple time zones
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation campaigns exceeding $3M annually
  • Residence in Eastern or Central time zone preferred
  • Familiarity with additional lead generation tools such as Zoom Info, Ring Lead, and Linked In Sales Navigator
