• Monitor market trends and benchmark pricing to optimize procurement decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver aligned solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of procurement experience, preferably in Real Estate and Staffing categories
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• CPSM, CPP, or similar procurement certifications
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ethical standards and attention to detail
