What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and manage organizational change management (OCM) strategies and conduct key change assessments
  • Build and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans with management
  • Support change activities and align with leadership on OCM reporting
  • Develop training plans and maintain sustainment plans and key OCM artifacts
  • Identify and escalate OCM risks while building change capability across business units
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, change management, or a related discipline
  • Strong track record of supporting and leading change initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Experience with Agile environments and enterprise-level transformation
  • Proven ability to design and execute change strategies in multi-stakeholder settings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree or professional certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP)
  • Exposure to various business functions or industries
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, ELink, and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to optimize change deliverables through co-creation
  • Practical experience with Agile tools and ceremonies in change initiatives
