Job Description

• The Sr. Time and Labor Analyst manages the application, compliance, and posting or reconciliation of time and labor for designated divisions.
• This role includes performing root cause analysis, resolving issues, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and federal and state regulations.
• The position also involves system testing, training support, time management, and maintaining accurate records for audit purposes.

• Bachelor’s Degree with two or more years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, six or more years of relevant experience.

• Manage time and labor application, compliance, and reconciliation processes for assigned divisions.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve timekeeping issues.
• Provide customer service support related to time and labor inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal and state labor regulations.
• Calculate RRP each week and maintain records for audit tracking.
• Assist in reviewing test cases for time and labor related projects.
• Monitor and triage the timekeeping mailbox to address inquiries and requests.

• Strong Excel skills including functions such as VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Professional communication skills with strong attention to confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience in time and labor compliance, finance, audit, or payroll is preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree with two or more years of related experience.
• Alternatively, six or more years of relevant professional experience in place of a degree.
