• Coordinate the review of contract drafts and templates with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business deliverables and operational requirements
• Support contract negotiations related to business terms, pricing structures, and service commitments
• Identify potential contractual risks and escalation complex issues to Legal and Commercial leadership
• Maintain contract records and ensure proper storage and accessibility throughout the contract lifecycle
• Monitor contract compliance and generate reports on contract status, cycle times, and performance metrics

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management
• Strong understanding of contract structure and commercial terms
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders simultaneously

• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Finance, Procurement, or Quality teams
• Familiarity with contract management systems (CLM tools)
• Experience supporting negotiations or complex commercial agreements
• Background in Life Sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries
• Fluency in the English language to interact effectively with stakeholders
