• 8+ years in product management with demonstrated ownership and impact
• Experience in AI/ML product development and familiarity with high-growth software environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build cross-functional relationships
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, particularly in presenting to executive audiences

• Background in B2B, distribution, wholesale, construction, industrial, or supply chain sectors
• Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis to enhance AI adoption
• Established track record of building financial models and assessing P&L impact
• Familiarity with agile development practices and iterative product delivery
• Strong product instincts with the ability to visualize and advocate for innovative solutions
