As Project Manager for Launch & Commercialization Excellence within our Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team, you'll play a key role in orchestrating best‑in‑class pre‑launch and launch processes across global teams. Main responsibilities:

* Lead and coordinate all pre‑launch and launch activities, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's global frameworks and best practices.

* Create and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and milestones - adapting quickly to internal or market changes.

* Track progress using Agile methodologies to ensure visibility, accountability, and fast decision‑making.

* Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across marketing, medical, regulatory, legal, digital, and other key partners.

* Identify risks early, propose mitigation actions, and help teams stay ahead of potential bottlenecks.

* Manage documentation, templates, and materials across centralized systems and digital collaboration tools.

* Support the continuous improvement of launch excellence processes and tools globally.

About you

* Experience:

* Experienced project manager (8+ years) with a track record leading cross‑functional, complex or multi‑market initiatives in healthcare, pharma, or related fields.

* Proficient with PMO and Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project or similar, with the ability to set up workflows, dashboards, and reporting for transparency and decision‑making.

* Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills and an ability to navigate diverse, international teams.

* Soft and technical skills:

* Skilled in project planning, risk management, and driving clarity in fast‑paced environments.

* Able to summarize complex information, facilitate decision‑making, and keep teams connected and aligned.

* Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, engineering, etc.); advanced degree in project management or IT is a plus.

* Languages:

Fluent in English, both written and spoken (C1).
